We have successfully completed several New Build and Temporary Works packages.  These have been delivered as D&B contracts and as traditional procurement as main contractor working alongside the client’s architects.  We have experience in completing various forms of groundworks including excavation, propping, formwork etc to support varying construction projects.


The dilapidation process is often overlooked or not given enough consideration to the late stages of the exit programme.  These can however be a bargaining tool in your landlord exit negations.  Some landlords may insist you return your space to CAT A whereas others may see the benefit of retaining your fitout.  We can survey and cost this process to assist which path is best to take.


Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing engineering are technical disciplines that allow buildings and interiors to succeed.  They are complex skilled disciplines that need to be engaged at the planning stage of a project.  We have our own in-house electrical division but partner closely with a select few mechanical & plumbing contractors to deliver our new build and refurb projects.
