We have our own in-house electrical team, directly employing all our on-site qualified electrical operatives and only partnering with trusted, tried and tested sub-contractors to complete our delivery cycle across our MEP discipline. MEP DESIGN & CONSULTANCY
Facilitate Spaces has the experience and capacity to provide full turnkey delivery including full survey, design development, performance specification and services coordination.
Our in-house Design department made up of MEP designers and interior designers, work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive coordinated schemes from RIBA stage 0 – 5, feasibility through to construction. We operate from AutoCAD and Revit (BIM platform).
MEP PLANNED & RESPONSIVE MAINTENANCE
Facilitate Spaces operates a Helpdesk service for existing clients to support all aspects of reactive maintenance they may need across their property portfolio.
Helpdesk is manned daily and deals with MEP, build fabric and disaster recovery.
Our planned maintenance coverage provides proactive maintenance services designed to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of systems. Comprehensive testing and inspection services ensures all installations are safe, reliable, and compliant with legal requirements.
And our responsive maintenance teams are on hand to deal with MEP failures in a timely and professional manner to keep your business moving.
