While fitout takes a blank space and makes it ready to use, office refurbishment uses what is already there to adapt to your changing needs. This is typically carried out by companies following a lease renewal or a change in their workspace or business needs.
NEW BUILD & TEMPORARY WORKS
We have successfully completed several New Build and Temporary Works packages. These have been delivered as Design & Build contracts and under Traditional Procurement, always working as the main contractor and working alongside the client’s architects as required. We have experience in completing various forms of groundworks including excavation, propping, formwork etc to support varying construction projects.
MOVES & DILAPIDATIONS
The dilapidation process is often overlooked or not given enough consideration until the late stages of the exit programme. These can however be a bargaining tool in your landlord exit negotiations. Some landlords may insist you return your space to CAT A whereas others may see the benefit of retaining your fitout. We can survey and cost this process to assist which path is best to take.
