The management of construction projects requires knowledge of modern management as well as a grounded understanding of design and construction processes.  All our project managers and site managers are directly employed maintaining excellent working relationships project after project.  We have rigorous training & compliance polices to make sure all managers credentials are up to date.

COST CONSULTANCY & PROCUREMENT

Having up to the minute knowledge of costings is critical to successfully keep projects on budget, and to win projects in a competitive market.  We use these skills at every project stage from concept, to tender through to construction.  All in house project estimators, building & quantity surveyors, procurement teams working together to bring the best results.

Our procurement routes and supply chain partnerships are rigorously monitored and compared to insure we have the best buying power for all projects large and small.  But it is not always about price, our teams also review and compare quality and availability to assess product impact on project programme and delivery longevity. 

HEALTH & SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE

The importance of these discipline grows year on year and we directly employee an experienced team to identify hazards and control risk throughout the lifecycle of a project, even after handover.  We have rigorous protocols to ensure risk is assessed, monitored and controlled at every stage from concept to specification through to pre and construction phases leading to ongoing client occupation by all levels of staff.

Our teams also have the knowledge and experience to review and determine each and every project and advise on required compliance standards. Whether this be fire compliance, planning approvals, building control & British Standards (inclusive of fire compliance) or CDM regulations, our team are up to speed to make sure your building is fully compliant.  We also partner with independent assessors and advisors to make sure the ‘I’s’ are dotted and ‘t’s’ crossed. 

HELPDESK

Facilitate Spaces operates a Helpdesk service for existing clients to support all aspects of reactive maintenance they may need across their property portfolio.

Helpdesk is manned daily and deals with MEP, build fabric and disaster recovery.
