We can take your project from concept through to completion all under one roof with our skilled range of disciplines.  From interior design to 3D visualisation, cost consultancy to project surveying, qualified project and site management, health, safety & compliance management to regulatory British Standards and CDM coordination.

Our in-house MEP design division work closely with our qualified interior designers and technicians.  Unusually, all on-site electrical operatives are directly employed by Facilitate Spaces, providing continuity from design to installation.  We hold long standing relationships with a select few mechanical consultants and contractor teams to provide seamless MEP services.
